Well, the wait is on. My last PET scan showed an anomaly that is expected to be the return of cancer to my bowel. My gastroentorologist has requested another scan to investigate further before he decides on a course of action and so now, I sit, waiting by the phone (well, the phone sits waiting by me- thank goodness for mobiles) as I expect a call any time now letting me know when that scan will be.
And so the journey continues...I'm hoping to record my thought sand feelings here...and then share the good news when I am once again declared CANCER FREE!
